What You Need
Background Checks
Comprehensive state and federal background clearances and fingerprinting are mandatory for all staff.
Valid Certifications
Current First Aid and CPR certifications, plus CDA or relevant early childhood education credentials.
Nurturing Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience working with children aged 2-6 in a group setting.
Professional References
Three professional references that speak to your character, reliability, and work with children.
Medical Clearance
Evidence of negative TB testing and physical clearance to ensure health and safety for our community.

Early Childhood Lead Teacher
We are looking for an experienced educator to lead our wabi-sabi airy classroom, fostering creativity and imagination in children aged 2-6.
Art & Imagination specialist
Lead our creative programs, encouraging self-expression through various tactile mediums from watercolors to clay in a playful environment.
Child Care Assistant
Support our lead teachers in providing a safe, high-energy space where curiosity is celebrated and every child is nurtured.

• FBI Clearance (Federal Clearance)
• Child Abuse History Clearance

2. Education Requirement
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

• References (include at least 2 professional references)
4. Better Kid Care Training
All applicants must complete the following online courses through Better Kid Care:
• Health and Safety 1
• Health and Safety 2
5. Additional Requirements
• T.B. Test (current within the past 12 months)
• Physical (current within the past 12 months)
• Infant CPR Training (Certification Required)
6. Early Childhood Education Credits
If you have any early childhood education credits, you must attach a school transcript or any certificates that are related to the position. Examples include:
• College transcripts
• ECE course certificates
• CDA credentials
• Degree verification
